AMIRWEAR was inspired by Amir Williams, a remarkable young man whose journey following a traumatic brain injury and later diagnosis of autism has taught us the true meaning of strength, perseverance, and acceptance.
Amir’s challenges have never defined him. His spirit, courage, and ability to experience the world in his own unique way have.
As Amir has grown, so has the purpose behind AMIRWEAR. What began with his story has become a message for everyone who believes that every person, regardless of ability or difference, deserves to be seen, valued, respected, and included.

*Autism Spectrum Disorders, or ASD, are also called pervasive developmental disorders (PDD) because they involve delay in many areas of development. PDD or ASD is a category that includes five different disorders of development, each with differing severities and patterns: Autistic Disorder.
**Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is an insult to the brain, not of a degenerative or congenital nature, but caused by external physical force that may produce a diminished or altered state of consciousness, which results in an impairment of cognitive abilities or physical functioning.
